For more than fifteen years, Dalton has built his career across government, defense, technology, and healthcare - starting in technical support and progressing through systems administration, cybersecurity, industrial security, compliance, executive leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Today he partners with government contractors and founder-led organizations as an executive operating partner, working alongside leadership to identify what is preventing the business from thriving, strengthen execution, and help organizations transition through growth. His role is not to replace your leadership team or sell a predetermined solution - it is to help leaders make better decisions, build stronger organizations, and implement the right solution at the right time.
