Access to acquisition applications

The Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment provides access to multiple defense acquisition applications and associated roles. Contractors may use it for tasks such as invoicing or assessment-related records when applicable.

One account or application role does not automatically authorize every function. Read the contract instructions and current application guidance.

Prepare access responsibly

Keep duties distinct

Vendor registration, application access, record submission, and contract eligibility are different matters. Approval for one application does not certify the company's cybersecurity, security, or ability to perform.

Manage the account lifecycle

Protect credentials, review authorized users, and remove access when duties change. Avoid sharing accounts to work around approval delays. Build a documented process and backup coverage so an individual absence does not disrupt a contract task.
